This colt is bred to be electric on the race track and we had no hesitation in entering him into the Karaka Million next January. By the first season speed sire Nadeem, who won the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes as a two-year-old, he is out of the winning mare Queens Move, a half sister to Red Hannigan, who ran 3rd in the Golden Slipper and won 11 races in all, including the Group 2 Pago Pago Stakes as a two year old. This is a very athletic colt who is correct, strong and from an incredibly tough family.
"Australian speed is a massive asset in New Zealand sprinting races and he is the type of colt to run early. He will have speed to burn.” Trainer Shane Marr

This is colt with a stallion’s pedigree. His sire Rock Of Gibraltar is the only horse to win seven Group 1 races in a row in the Northern Hemisphere and he is one of the greatest sires in the world today. This specific cross with Sadlers Wells as a Broodmare sire is the cross producing the highest number of stakes performers for the stallion. He is a three quarter brother to the stakes placed, multiple winner Danehill Princess and the dual Australian winner Tears To Laughter. His dam is a half sister to the Group 1 winner and second top European 2yo filly Sunspangled and a full sister to the multiple stakes winner French Ballerina. He is correct, strong and has an abundance of class.
"A colt built for classic three-year-old racing, but I can see him racing as an Autumn 2yo. On pedigree and type he is top class”. Trainer Lisa Latta

An absolute cracking type and we had to beat five other bidders at the Karaka sales to secure this colt, such was his popularity. From his photo you can see why. He is athletic, a great walker and has a huge jowl (airway) on him. He ticked all of the boxes. By an Australian speed sire and out of a four time winning mare, he is the product of a prolific international stakes winning family and a half brother to Likefatherlikeson, a 2yo stakes winner in Sydney. He has been entered for the Karaka Million in January, but has plenty of scope to perform as a three-year-old and older horse.
"My pick of the sale, bar none. Loved him”. Trainer Stephen Marsh

A very athletic filly she is a great type and has a bit of swagger about her. She is by the very succesful and popular sire Postponed who leaves quality and versatility in his progeny, having left Group winners from 1200 to 2400 metres. She has a strong pedigree on her mothers side, with only two dams on the page. Marrsharkup is a half sister to a remarkable eight winners, which include the two stakes performers Full Charge and Secret Admirer. She is closely related to the 2yo stakes winner Udiditagain. She was broken in, given a spring preparation for education and then turned out. She has come back into training and will be ready to trial in late May.
"A great 3yo type from a family that wins a lot of races. We will have a lot of fun with her”. Trainer Shane Marr

Pedigree plus. A beautiful filly with one of the best pedigrees in the book. This filly is a half sister to five winners, three of them Group performers in New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong and holds a high residual value. Her winning dam is a half sister to the 2yo stakes winner Ash Blond and is a blood sister to the multiple stakes winner Capestad. She is closely related to the Group 1 Railway Handicap winner, Alynda, Group 1 winner Penny Gem and VRC Derby winner Hit The Roof. She is correct, has a lovely walk with a big over reach and natural athleticism. She is an astute purchase for the shareholders that will race her.
"This is an impressive filly that on physique and pedigree will be a big chance on the race track. She is a three year old type that we will be looking to trial and debut in the Autumn”. Trainer Andrew Scott
